Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that the item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@p4health.store to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have received your RAN, please follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to us. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is eligible for a return, we will process your refund within 3 business days, and credit your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a replacement item is required, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

Please note that our return policy applies to online purchases only. If you purchased our products from a retail location, please refer to the store's return policy.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
